O.o met quite alot of weirdos at work lately. . . Yesterday was Morris was in a MAD-HOUSE condition. The no of customers waiting in the queue actually hit 40 on a weekday. . . The whole place was packed with impatient customers with little or no air-conditioning. I couldnt really breathe properly when i was standing at the front counter attending to a customer who wants to lodge a complain against the CSA (Customer Service Agent). The reason being that my csa did not flash enough smile to him. MY GOSH. . .
Today is as packed as yesterday. And, met one or two unreasonable customers who wanna talk to the P-I-C. Sometimes, i dun understand what's the point of looking for the person in-charge when they do not even want to listen to the solution given to them. Diaoz. . .
But overall, work is F.U.N, as usual.
